With over twenty years of real estate experience, Eve Long goes above and beyond the call of duty as a real estate agent by being a team player and communicating effectively with her clients.  Growing up in Los Angeles, she has a deep love for the Southern California lifestyle. In 2019 Eve joined Keller Williams Realty after leaving Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Eve relocated from Texas where she sold real estate for a number of New Home Builders including Coventry Homes, David Weekley Homes and Mc David Homes. 

When asked how she can be of service to clients, Eve responded, “I have the ability to sell their home as quickly as possible and get them the best price. Not only am I business savvy, but I have a keen eye for what people want. Eve is a graduate of the University of Phoenix, was a public accountant and financial advisor for five years, and also a staffing account representative for five years. In addition to her real estate license, which she holds in California and Texas, Eve has a Notary Public certification.

Outside of work, Eve is involved with helping children with Cerebral Palsy in her surrounding community. She is married and loves to travel.

My name is Karen Mason, and I am a proud member of The Long Group. I have been working in real estate since 2010, after spending over 20 years in the Education field. As part of the Team, I work as a Sales Partner and Buying Specialist. My former career in education allowed me to develop expert management skills, troubleshooting, treatment coordinating and financing options, that can directly translate into the skills needed to be a successful real estate agent. I specialize in first-time home-buyers, focusing on the critical aspects that are associated with such a monumental decision. I am currently seeking my Certified Negotiating Expert (CNE) designation, which would allow me to further exercise my negotiating skills, to afford my clients the best value available. In addition, to provide my clients with the all-encompassing experience that they deserve, I am seeking my General Real Estate Institute (GRI) designation, which would allow me to better educate my clients on business planning, taxes, and investments.

I encompass what some would consider an exhaustive work ethic, full of honesty and integrity. I am able to facilitate the touch conversation associated with real estate, with my transparent style of communication. I am very flexible, and make my self-available at a moment’s notice for my clients. I am a Colorado native, and reside in Colorado Springs with my husband of 16 years, and our two children. I take advantage of all things outdoors like hiking and paddle boarding. I also enjoy experimenting with international and local food and spirits.
